Registered training provider under activity number 11788886878 with the Île-de-France regional prefect. Registration does not amount to state approval. The course is taught in French or English.
Overall objective
Use Claude every day on one’s real tasks and deliverables, methodically and with due care for data confidentiality, and leave with uses already in place.
Assessable objectives
By the end of the course, participants can:
- explain simply how a language model works and what to expect from it;
- delegate a task to Claude with a structured request (context, goal, expected format), and organise their work in projects;
- produce a real deliverable from their job with Claude, in two iterations;
- critically review an AI output against a checklist;
- apply the rules of diligence, confidentiality and GDPR: what to give the AI, what to anonymise, what stays out of the tool;
- set up two or three workflows and an adoption roadmap at 30, 60 and 90 days.
Audience and prerequisites
- Audience: employees and teams from one company, any role. A version exists for leadership and sales teams.
- Prerequisites: everyday use of a computer. No technical knowledge needed.
- Bring: a computer and one or two real cases from your job that you are allowed to show. A Claude subscription is better; we advise on the licence before the session.
Duration, format and group size
- Duration: 14 hours over two days (two 7-hour days). Times are given in the invitation.
- Format: in-house, in person, at your premises. The placement test and the follow-up are remote.
- Group size: 3 to 6 participants per session.
Content
- How a language model works.
- Delegating and describing: structured requests, projects, context.
- One-to-one workshops on a real deliverable, in two iterations.
- Discerning: reviewing AI output against a checklist.
- Diligence, data confidentiality and GDPR.
- Putting uses into production and building the adoption roadmap.
The course follows Anthropic’s AI Fluency framework: delegate, describe, discern, be diligent.
Teaching methods
Short plenaries, then most of the time in one-to-one workshops on each participant’s real tasks and deliverables. Examples are tailored to the group from the placement test. Participants leave with their workflows, an adoption roadmap, a usage charter and a prompt library.
Assessment
- Before: remote placement test ten days before the session.
- During: a quiz or exercise at the end of each module; critical review of AI outputs and sorting of use cases.
- At the end: assessment on a real deliverable, and a satisfaction survey.
- One month later: a follow-up that checks what is still in use.
Certificate
A certificate of completion is given to each participant, stating the objectives and the assessment results. Attendance sheets are signed every half-day. The course does not lead to a qualification.
Lead time and price
- Lead time: 45 days between the signed quote and the start of the session. If your OPCO funds the course, apply for funding as soon as the quote is signed.
- Price: on quote. Ask for a quote.
- Funding: can be funded by your OPCO through a Qualiopi-certified partner organisation; we confirm this in the quote. See the terms of sale.
