AI seminars and workshops for leadership teams and staff
An AI seminar brings a leadership team or business teams together to understand what generative AI and agents change in their work, choose the first use cases and set shared rules. Flow Design designs and facilitates it as a collective intelligence seminar, drawing on the experience of a firm that works with its own AI agents every day.
When to call us
- Your executive committee needs a shared view on AI before it decides.
- AI use has spread person by person and you need a common framework.
- You want a hands-on AI workshop for your teams, on their real tasks, not a keynote.
- Teams are worried about their jobs and must be involved in the choices.
- You need a launch event for an AI programme or an agentic transformation.
- You want the seminar itself to show a controlled use of AI.
What is a corporate AI seminar?
It is a group session whose topic is AI: what it already does, what it could do in your business, what you refuse to hand over to it. At Flow Design it is not a string of demos. The group works on its own tasks, debates the risks and leaves with choices it recognises as its own.
How is an AI seminar different from an AI-augmented seminar?
In an AI seminar, AI is the topic. In an AI-augmented seminar, it is a tool: flowAI builds the teams, captures the outputs and prepares the synthesis of a seminar about something else, a strategy or a project. The two often go together: a seminar about AI, run with AI, shows the practice while discussing it.
How does an AI seminar for an executive committee work?
We start from your issues, gathered in scoping interviews. On the day, the committee sees what assistants and agents do on cases drawn from its own business, lists the tasks that can be delegated and those that must stay human, then decides on the first projects. Length and format are set with you during scoping.
- Scoping: interviews with the sponsor and a few committee members
- Understand: how a language model works and what an agent does, on your cases
- Explore: each department’s tasks, what can be delegated and what stays human
- Decide: first projects, usage rules, owners
- After: seminar report and a 30, 60 and 90 day roadmap
What is in a generative AI workshop for teams?
An AI workshop puts participants to work on their real deliverables rather than generic examples. It follows Anthropic’s AI Fluency framework: delegation, description, discernment, diligence. To go further, the “Adopting Claude day to day” training (14 hours, groups of three to six) is the full version, fundable through French OPCO schemes.
What do participants take away from an AI seminar or workshop?
Decisions written down in the room, each with an owner and a deadline. Depending on the format: a usage charter that sorts cases into acceptable, to be supervised or forbidden, a 30, 60 and 90 day adoption roadmap, and the first workflows people already use. The report is delivered as a branded web page and a PDF.
Why choose Flow Design for an AI seminar?
Because the hard part of an AI project is collective: getting choices and rules shared. That has been our job for more than ten years. And we speak from practice: flowAI, our agent system built on Claude, has prepared and reported on our seminars since 2025. We show what works, and what does not.
Frequently asked questions
Do participants need technical knowledge?
No. The seminar starts by explaining simply how a language model works and what an agent does. Examples come from your business, not from IT.
Can you run an AI seminar for a large group?
Yes. Our seminars range from a few people to several hundred. For large groups we alternate short plenaries and team workshops, and flowAI helps report back live on what the teams produced.
Which AI tools do you use during the seminar?
Mainly Claude, Anthropic’s model, which we use every day. The principles apply to other assistants too, and we adapt to the tools your IT department allows.
How do you protect company data?
Before the seminar we agree with you on what is captured and what stays out of the tools. The cases worked on are chosen so they can be shown. If your internal policy sets rules, we apply them.
How much does an AI seminar cost?
The price depends on the number of participants, the length and the preparation. We send a quote after a first conversation. We do not publish prices.
Can the seminar kick off an agentic transformation?
That is often its role. A leadership seminar devoted to AI sets the choices and rules; team training, the usage charter and the roadmap take over. We can support the whole journey.
