1. Scope
These terms govern the training services offered by Flow Design. They are appended to each training agreement and given to the client before signature.
2. Registration and lead time
Registration takes effect on receipt of the signed training agreement. Each course’s lead time is stated in its programme. When an OPCO funds the course, the client applies for funding before the course starts.
3. Price and payment
Prices are set by quote and stated in the agreement. Payment within thirty days of invoice. Invoicing takes place after the course, with the attendance sheets. For business clients, late payment automatically incurs interest at the ECB refinancing rate plus ten points and a €40 fixed recovery fee (French Commercial Code, L441-10 and D441-5). No discount for early payment.
4. Funding
Courses can be funded by the client’s OPCO through a Qualiopi-certified partner organisation; the quote explains how. Flow Design is not Qualiopi-certified at this time. Any amount not covered by the OPCO is invoiced to the client.
5. Cancellation and postponement
Cancellation by the client less than ten working days before the start incurs a charge of 30% of the price. A participant may be replaced by another from the same company at no cost. Flow Design may postpone a session for lack of participants or if the trainer is unavailable, without compensation, and offers a new date.
6. Individuals paying for their own training
An individual who pays for their own training signs a vocational training contract (French Labour Code, L6353-3) and has ten days to withdraw from signature (L6353-5); no payment can be required before that period ends.
7. Accessibility, data, intellectual property
Any disability-related adjustment is reviewed before the course with our disability officer, Victoire Baulme, reachable at victoire@getflowdesign.com. Participants’ data is processed only to run the training (privacy policy). Course materials are for use within the client company only.
8. Complaints and disputes
Complaints are sent in writing to Flow Design, which replies within fifteen days (complaints procedure). French law applies; failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Flow Design’s registered office have jurisdiction.
