What size of group can you work with?
From 20 to 3,000 participants and beyond. We design everything from small-committee workshops to large-scale corporate conventions.
What event formats do you offer?
Half-day, full day, two- to three-day in-person seminar, innovation workshop. The format is defined with you, based on your objectives and your team.
Where do you work?
Throughout France and internationally. We are based in Versailles and Paris.
How far in advance should we contact you?
It depends on the scale of the project: from a few weeks for a short format to several months for a major convention. The earlier we are involved in the thinking, the stronger the strategic framing.
Do you handle the entire event?
Yes, from defining the strategic objectives to operational delivery. We also work in coordination with any suppliers you have already engaged (venue, catering, technical, agencies): we orchestrate the whole without making you start from scratch.
Do you handle logistics only, or content too?
Both. In addition to operational orchestration on the ground, we design the collaborative journeys, lead the facilitation, and produce the documentation and debrief materials that extend the impact beyond the event.
What are your rates?
As every seminar is tailor-made, we draw up a quote after an initial scoping conversation. The budget depends on the number of participants, the format, the duration and the scope you entrust to us.
