Our courses are open to people with disabilities. We review every request before the course and adapt what can be adapted.

Our disability officer

Flow Design’s disability officer is Victoire Baulme, reachable at victoire@getflowdesign.com, +33 6 74 80 25 83. They gather needs, propose adjustments and follow them up during the course. You can contact them directly and confidentially, before or during the course.

How needs are gathered

  • The placement test sent before the session asks each participant whether they need an adjustment.
  • You can also speak to the officer directly, without going through your employer.
  • Agreed adjustments are recorded in the session file and checked with you during the course.

Possible adjustments

  • Venue: the course takes place at your premises; we check access to the room with you.
  • Pace: extra breaks, more time for exercises and assessments.
  • Materials: sent in advance, in an adaptable digital format.
  • Tools: the AI assistant itself can help (dictation, read-aloud, rephrasing), depending on available features.
  • Support: a support worker or interpreter, arranged with you.

If we cannot adapt the course

We say so clearly and refer you to specialist bodies in France: Agefiph, FIPHFP for the public sector, Cap emploi, or your region’s Ressource handicap formation.
