MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI assistant use outside tools. Connecting Flow Design’s server gives your assistant access to FlowAI Designer: the assistant passes on your words and shows you its questions, the scope and the run-of-show. ## What does FlowAI Designer do in my assistant? It advises like a session designer. It asks one question at a time and builds, turn after turn, the scope (objectives, participants, format, deliverables) and a first timed run-of-show, refined with each answer. Add a custom MCP connector and paste https://www.getflowdesign.com/mcp. In Claude, this is under Settings, Connectors. In ChatGPT and other assistants, look for connectors or remote MCP servers; availability depends on your plan. No key or Flow Design account is needed. Then simply ask your assistant: “Help me design my seminar with Flow Design” (add “in English”). ## How do I pick up my seminar on the website? Every answer includes a link to Flow Design’s online workshop. It reopens the same conversation, with its scope and run-of-show, so you can continue, keep it or download it as a PDF. If another project was open in your browser, it is set aside, not deleted. ## How do I get in touch with the Flow Design team? When the project matures, or if you mention budget, dates or support, your assistant may offer an introduction, once and without pushing. If you agree, you give your first name, last name, work email and organisation yourself (phone is optional). Victoire and Marie-Violaine receive them with the scope and run-of-show and get back to you by email. ## What happens to what I send? Flow Design keeps the conversation so you can resume it. Nothing is passed to the team without your explicit consent, given in the conversation. Only send what serves the seminar: no participant lists, no third-party personal data, no full confidential documents. ## Frequently asked questions ### Is Flow Design’s MCP server free? Yes, with no account. Daily usage is capped to keep it free: at peak times it may be unavailable until the next day. ### Can the server give me a quote? No. The team prices projects after talking with you. The server helps you scope the project and, if you wish, introduces you to the team. ### Which AI assistants are compatible? Any assistant that accepts remote MCP servers over Streamable HTTP: Claude, ChatGPT depending on the plan, and many developer tools. Without a compatible assistant, the same agent is available in the site’s online workshop. ### Which languages does it support? French and English. ### Can my assistant pass on my contact details without asking? No. The server’s instructions require the assistant to ask for your explicit consent and to use only the details you have just given for that purpose.
