## When to call us

- Each of your teams uses AI its own way, with no shared rules.
- You have Claude or other assistant licences and few real uses.
- Your leadership wants an adoption roadmap, not a demo.
- Your consultants or project managers need to work faster without exposing client data.
- You want the training funded through your OPCO, the French training fund.

## What does the “Adopting Claude day to day” course cover?

Fourteen hours over two days, in-house, for groups of three to six. It follows Anthropic’s AI Fluency framework: delegate, describe, discern, be diligent. Plenary sessions are short. Most of the time goes into one-to-one workshops on each participant’s real tasks and deliverables, so people leave with work they have already done.

### Before : Prepare

- **Placement test** : Ten days before, so the examples fit the group.
- **A real deliverable** : Each person picks a task from their own work that they can share.

### Delegate · Describe : Getting AI to do the work

- **The model** : Understanding how a language model works.
- **Structured requests** : Describing the task, giving context, working in projects.
- **One-to-one workshop** : On each person’s real deliverable, in two iterations.

### Discern · Be diligent : Review and safeguard

- **Review with a checklist** : Spotting what holds up, and what does not, in AI output.
- **Data and GDPR** : What you share, what you anonymise, what stays out of the tool.
- **Into production** : Uses move into real work, with their roadmap.

### After : Make it stick

- **What people take away** : Two or three workflows, a usage charter, a prompt library.
- **Follow-up** : A month later, we check what has stuck.

## What do participants take away from the course?

Two or three workflows they already use in their job, an adoption roadmap at 30, 60 and 90 days, a usage charter and a prompt library. The charter sorts use cases into three groups: acceptable, needs safeguards, not allowed. A follow-up takes place a month after the session to see what has stuck.

## How is the course assessed?

A placement test ten days before lets us tailor the examples to the group. Each module ends with a quiz or an exercise. Participants critically review AI outputs and sort real use cases. The final assessment is done on a real deliverable, and the thirty-day follow-up checks what people still use.

## Who teaches Flow Design’s AI courses?

Victoire Baulme designed the course and co-designed flowAI, the agent platform Flow Design uses on its projects. Marie-Violaine Boutet also teaches. On some sessions, a technical AI specialist from a partner firm is in the room for support, without a teaching role.

## What other courses do you offer?

“Uncovering a client need” is a three-hour session for four to eight consultants, product managers, designers or project leads. It covers taking a request apart, running a discovery conversation and restating the need as situation, problem, impact. We also design facilitation training on request, built around your context.

## Can the training be funded by an OPCO?

Our courses can be funded by your OPCO through a Qualiopi-certified partner organisation; we confirm this in the quote. We provide the usual paperwork: programme, agreement, invitation, attendance sheets, certificate. Allow for your OPCO’s approval time before the session date when you plan the training.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is Flow Design a registered training provider?

Yes. Flow Design is registered as a training provider under activity number 11788886878 with the Île-de-France regional prefect. Registration does not amount to state approval.

### How much does the course cost?

It depends on the number of participants and sessions, and on how much we tailor it to your business. We send a quote after a conversation about your uses. We do not publish prices.

### Can the course be taken remotely?

“Adopting Claude day to day” is taught in person at your premises, because one-to-one work on deliverables needs someone sitting next to you. The placement test and the follow-up are remote.

### Do we need a Claude subscription?

It is better, since participants work on their own deliverables. We advise you on the type of licence before the session. The principles we teach apply to other assistants too.

### Is our data protected during the course?

Confidentiality has its own module: what you can give the AI, what you anonymise, what stays out of the tool. Participants pick deliverables they are allowed to show, and the usage charter sets the rules from then on.

### Why such small groups?

Because a large share of the time goes into one-to-one work on each person’s real job. Beyond six people, the trainer can no longer follow every deliverable.

### Is there a version for leadership teams?

Yes. A version exists for leadership and sales teams, with an adoption roadmap built at company level. We always adapt the examples to your business.
